33 Weeks

How far along: 33 weeks down, 7 to go!

Gender: team blue all the way 

Weight gain: 20-25 lbs give or take...

Maternity clothes: still love them-but getting a little tired of the same old 6 outfits..

Stretch marks: nothing yet!

Belly button in or out: still in but all flattened and stretched out

Sleep: okay for the most part

Best moment this week: our baby shower! We were showered with so much love for baby G!! It was so nice to be surrounded and supported by all the women in my life, and now we've got lots of baby loot to go through :)

Worst moment this week: started to feel a little light headed the other day when I woke up and that was kind of weird...I'm trying to slow down a bit and be more patient with myself...

Miss anything: my flexibility, being heartburn free

Movement: oh my goodness-this little guy is so active, it's crazy! Especially at night, when I try and settle down, so we'll see what that means for when he's here, but I see many late nights in our future. 

Cravings: still love milk! But other than that, not so much...

Looking forward to: going through all our new presents and finishing up the nursery! 

32 Weeks

How far along: 32 weeks-hello 8th month! 

Gender: boy!

Weight gain: 20 lbs-yikes!

Maternity clothes: mostly rocking my leggings, jeans and gap tops-long sleeves and tanks with cardigans

Stretch marks: none yet-still using Burt's Bees Mama Bee products and loving them. 

Belly button in or out: in but flat and squished

Sleep: currently having a love/hate relationship with my snoogle

Best moment this week: coming home everyday to packages from those who can't make our upcoming shower-everyone has been SO generous-this is one lucky little boy!

Worst moment this week: crazy stressful work meetings

Miss anything: bending, stretching and moving comfortably! 

Movement: huge movements-the head is down for now, but that could still change in the next few weeks

Cravings: none really :/

Looking forward to: our baby shower this weekend!!!

31 Weeks

How far along: 31 weeks-only 9 more to go....we're in the single digits here!!

Gender: boy!

Weight gain: about 20-22 lbs

Maternity clothes: still loving them-I just ordered a blue dress for my shower that was on major sale :)

Stretch marks: none yet....

Belly button in or out: very flattened...not sure if I have the kind of belly button that will 'pop'..

Sleep: oy...it's rough...I've got my snoogle and wedge and it's still pretty rough. I guess that's just natures way of preparing me for many sleepless nights to come!

Best moment this week: starting to get some shower presents delivered here to the house-ahhh so exciting!!!!

Worst moment this week: just a general feeling of tiredness, starting back after that long winter break

Miss anything: restful sleep!

Movement: oh yes, tons! We can really see him movin' and groovin' in there!

Cravings: nothing really...

Looking forward to: our baby shower next weekend!!

30 Weeks

How far along: 30 weeks-only 10 more to go-ahhh!!

Gender: it's a boy!

Weight gain: 2lbs so far-yikes!

Maternity clothes: loving my maternity leggings, tanks and tops 

Stretch marks: none yet-fx'd!

Belly button in or out: in-ish...? It's not fully out but could pop at any minute 

Sleep: ehh it's so-so at this point, definitely getting use out of my snoogle!

Best moment this week: celebrating New Years Eve with good friends and the love of my life thinking about all the amazing times that lie ahead for us this year. 

Worst moment this week: nothing that I can think of actually...

Miss anything: being able to bend over and put on boots, pick things up etc...

Movement: yes! I could actually see the little guy moving around in there from the outside!

Cravings: nope not really...think I missed out on the whole 'cravings' part of pregnancy...

Looking forward to: our first birthing class on Sunday! Should be interesting and terrifying!

Christmas in Pictures

This year was a pretty low key Christmas, spent with close friends and family-just perfect for this 7 months preggo! We ate, opened presents and enjoyed each others' company-sans cocktail for me...I'm already dreaming of an egg nog martini for next year :)

29 Weeks

How far along: 29 weeks!

Gender: it's a boy! 

Weight gain: I estimate between 20-25 lbs

Maternity clothes: oh yes, much needed!

Stretch marks: none yet!

Belly button in or out: definitely flattened, but still in. 

Sleep: it's been rough...baby boy seems to wake up right when I decide to lay down. I guess this is just a taste of what I'm in for in the months to come. 

Best moment this week: Spending the holidays with loved ones and feeling the extra love that baby G is bringing us all already!

Worst moment this week:

Miss anything: hot cocoa with baileys! Being able to put on shoes without it being such a production!

Movement: oh yeah! lots of kicks, flips, punches, etc. 

Cravings: still enjoying milk quite a bit!

Looking forward to: having the next few days off to relax and catch up with friends and family.
