25 weeks

How far along: 25 weeks

Gender: finding out tonight at our gender reveal party!!

Weight gain: 17 lbs-yikes!! Gained 8 lbs just last month...need to watch it with turkey day coming up...

Maternity clothes: love them! Just got some nice shirts for the holidays 

Stretch marks: none yet (fingers crossed)

Belly button in or out: still in but starting to stretch and flatten out a bit

Sleep: not great...woke up to some serious leg cramps this am

Best moment this week: probably hasn't happened yet-I'm sure the best moment of the week will be tonight when we cut into that cake and find out if baby G is a he or she!

Worst moment this week: I guess just the leg cramps, can't really complain too much-feeling very content and thankful! 

Miss anything: I'm sure I'll be missing all the fun holiday cocktails this weekend or a glass of wine at the parties 

Movement: oh yeah, baby G is moving and grooving 

Cravings: still love milk!!

Looking forward to: So much!! Gender reveal party tonight and seeing our friends and family, Thanksgiving tomorrow with my husbands side of the family-they've traveled from afar! And then heading to VT with my parents and our good friends for the weekend!! Like I said, I have so so much to be thankful for and some great times ahead!!

24 Weeks

How far along: 24 weeks!! Yay for viability day!!

Gender: we'll know a week from today! The cake has been dropped off! :) :)

Weight gain:

Maternity clothes: love them

Stretch marks: none yet and lathering up often!

Belly button in or out: definitely in, but it is getting flattened out. 

Sleep: not bad, still tossing and turning most nights around 3am

Best moment this week: open our front door yesterday to find a cake sitting there. Our downstairs neighbors brought us a huge homemade chocolate cake with homemade vanilla frosting....OMG it was pure heaven! They are seriously the sweetest people and it was amazing!!

Worst moment this week: Monday was a rough morning...Mondays usually are anyway, but this particular morning I'm running late for work and I'm just about out the door when I step in a big pile of dog doo...had to go wash them off then walking back out the door to it down pouring outside and no hood...ugh oh well the day only went up from there!

Miss anything: a nice glass of crisp white wine with dinner

Movement: oh yeah, I've still got my little gymnast in there :)

Cravings: milk!! I've never drank so much milk than I have with this pregnancy! Before, I didn't even drink 'real' milk, I drank almond or coconut if anything, but now that stuff just won't do!

Looking forward to: thanksgiving in Vermont next week and baby Gs gender reveal-a week from today!!

23 Weeks

How far along: 23 weeks

Gender: we'll find out in 2 weeks!! Can't wait! 

Weight gain: will find out next week at my appt...

Maternity clothes: still loving them-although I'm having trouble squeezing into my winter coats and it's getting pretty cold out here. I may have to spring for a maternity coat, but I don't know-is it really worth it?? Those things are expensive!

Stretch marks: none yet...fingers crossed!!

Belly button in or out: see above...

Sleep: pretty good...I've still had a couple of 3 am wake ups, but I'm usually able to go back to sleep for a bit. 

Best moment this week: feeling baby G move all around-that never gets old!! Oh, and buying a new car!! Well a used car-but new to us! It's a 2012 honda pilot and it's sooo pretty :) I love it! Can't wait to fill that thing with lots of kiddos! 

Worst moment this week: just work stress and some ugly headaches :/

Miss anything: maybe a nice glass of red wine after a long day or paired with meals   

Movement: yes lots-and I love it!! Nick swears he saw something from the outside, but I'm still waiting to see that! 

Cravings: nope not really...

Looking forward to: finding out the gender in a few weeks!!

22 Weeks

How far along: 22 weeks!

Gender: we'll find out the 27th :)

Weight gain: I'm not sure, I haven't wished myself since last dr appt, when I was up 12 lbs

Maternity clothes: I'm loving gap maternity right now, but going to check out destination maternity this weekend with some coups!

Stretch marks: none yet (fingers crossed)

Belly button in or out: in 

Sleep: okay...been tossing and turning a bit but nothing major

Best moment this week: hearing Christmas music on the radio!! So pumped for the holiday season!

Worst moment this week: just some stress with work...

Miss anything: a nice glass of wine on said stressful days :)

Movement: oh yeah! I feel baby G moving around throughout the day

Cravings: on a cold rainy day I ran to an old favorite and got one of my favorite dishes-garlic cheese sticks and pasta fra diavoli-it was soooo good!

Looking forward to: our next appointment on the 21st and our gender reveal party on the 27th!!

Growing, growing, growing...

Nothing like a side by side comparison to see how much my bump is really growing!

The left is the day I peed on a stick-so probably 4 weeks and the right was taken last night-so 21 weeks...wow!!
